Order History and Tracking
Looking for your order status or order history?
Currently, we can only display your order status/order history if you order via Kingdom.com and were logged into your account.
Please log-in here and you can view your order history/order status.
Please note: Phone orders made by calling Kingdom or online orders on Kingdom.com as a guest (not logged in), will not be available for view in order history. To ensure you can view your future online orders, please create an account and make sure you are logged in to your account before check-out.
Order Status -
Processing/Printed - You order has been received, an internet order specialist is currently processing your order. Please monitor your email box, you may be contacted via email with any questions or regarding any delays in shipment.
Approved - Your payment has been approved and your order is being processed. Again, please monitor your email box for communication from an internet order specialist.
Shipped - Your order is on it's way! Tracking will be available in 2 business days.
Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled.
Suspected Fraud - Your sercurity is important! Our fraud verification process has flagged your order for review. For your protection, an internet order specialist will research your order, in most cases, we are able to quickly resolve any questions or potential problems. If necessary, we will contact you, please monitor your email box for communication.
If you wish to reorder -
Click the reorder button next to the order you wish to Reorder and the products will be automatically added to your cart for checkout.
To Track Your Order -
Click on the View Order link, there will be a track my order link on the next page. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, unless indicated otherwise on the product page. Tracking information will be available within 2 business days of shipment.
