5 tips to help you increase your impact through Media Ministry!
Kingdom Gold Awards for Best Products & Practices in Media Ministry
We’re here to help you increase your effectiveness in growing the kingdom of God! Over the past 27 years, we have made it our top goal to find out what is working best in churches and then to help other churches incorporate those tools and techniques. Some of the strategies being used are so good that we’ve given them Kingdom Gold Awards because of how they are transforming lives and growing churches. You’ll see instant results in people inside and outside of your church when you implement these strategies. We can’t wait to hear how God is moving in your church through your media ministry!
1. Grow your church the easy way… with Kingdom One touch™ DVD copiers!
Churches all over the country and around the world are experiencing phenomenal results through media ministry. A DVD copier is a vital component for any media ministry. It can help grow your church, disciple your people to greater spiritual maturity, and so much more. Our One touch™ DVD/CD copiers let you copy CDs and DVDs. You’ll save money and have greater versatility in your media ministry by using a DVD/CD copier because the same copier works for both types of media.
2. Make sure you’re using the right CD for the job! We’re asked all the time, “Is there really a difference between one CD and the next?” The answer is “Absolutely!” Many CDs from retail stores and “Bargain” mail order and Internet stores often have high failure rates due to inferior materials and poor manufacturing. The manufacturers of these inferior CDs actually run their equipment much too fast to produce a quality CD. This causes errors, defects, and inferior quality in these CDs which should not be used in high-speed duplicators. They just aren’t made to duplicate at high speeds. If your message is worth recording, it is worth putting on a good CD. Don’t lose a precious message inspired by God due to poor CDs. We’ve had churches call us thinking their duplicator is broken because all or many of their CD copies won’t play — only to find out they aren’t using discs made for high-speed duplication. Don’t lose another valuable message! You can rest assured when you use Kingdom brand professional CDs and DVDs that each disc will copy perfectly – and last for many years to come!
Try Professional Premium PLUS™ – the ultimate copy CD for high-speed duplication and superior on-disc printing – and Kingdom Supreme CDs™ for recording your master discs. Using Professional Premium PLUS™ copy CDs and Kingdom Supreme™ Master CDs make the perfect combination for a successful CD ministry!
Over 50,000 CDs and still error-free! “We purchase 4,800 Professional Premium PLUS™ CDs every 5-6 weeks. It’s amazing how the CDs ‘jump off the shelves.’ With the CDs, people’s lives are being changed. Literally everybody that gets them loves them! In 50,000 CDs, we’ve never had a complaint!" - Gerald, Faith Harvest Church (SC)
“I’ve used many different CDs and I’ve never had any flaws with the equipment or CDs from Kingdom. You will be very happy with Kingdom’s equipment, products, and excellent customer care!” - Eddie Tarnacki is very involved with music and formerly played in the military, on the radio, and continues to perform for veterans and other organizations.
3. Your CDs and DVDs will look better, and cost less, when you use preprinted discs from Kingdom!
Save time and money with preprinted discs from Kingdom. Often customers will ask us about different disc printers, with the intention of printing discs and saving time and money. But when you add in the cost of the equipment, the ink and other hidden costs, you’ll find that printing your own discs can cost as much as $1.50 per disc – and that doesn’t even include the price of the disc! Compare that to our low printing cost of as low as 49˘ per disc for professional, full-color disc printing (or as low as 45˘ for black printing). You’ll not only save time and money, you’ll love the results. More people will take copies and more of them because of how professional the discs look!
“We love the On-Disc Printing!”
Gospel Independent Baptist Church makes copies of their sermons available on CD and also places them in businesses around town for people to take. “It (The On-Disc Printing) helps to get the CDs listened to by having the professional quality and look,” shares Pastor Robert Greene. “We love the On-Disc Printing, there is no way we can print the discs ourselves for the price!”
For even greater impact, be sure to put your discs in our SuperSlim™ Jewel cases. You will increase the perceived value of the disc and you’ll also give each message the best protection possible!

Things you should consider when choosing a video camera:
Resolution: 720p or 1080i
There are arguments for both. But in the end there is almost no distinguishable difference between the two. Don’t let this spec be a sticking point for you. Either way you choose you’ll be satisfied. 720p and 1080i cameras are also able to record in standard definition.
Image Sensor:
CCD or CMOS?
Each has unique strengths and weaknesses, but neither is categorically superior to the other.
Number of Sensors Consumer cameras only use one image sensor while more professional cameras use 3-chip imagery systems. This produces more accurate and higher quality video.
Recording Format:
MiniDV (digital tape)
Strengths: Good video quality. Reusable. Reliable. Cost effective.
Weaknesses: 60 minute maximum recording time. Slow transfer rate to PC for editing.
SD (flash memory)
Strengths: No moving parts. Long record times. Quick transfer to PC for editing. Upgradable.
Weaknesses: No archive copy. Video is highly compressed
Hard Disc
Strengths: Extremely long record times. Quick transfer to PC for editing.
Weaknesses: No archive copy
Frame Rate:
Video camera frame rate refers to how many “pictures” it takes per second to create the video. Cinema is 24 frames per second. Standard television video is 30 or 60. If you want to be able to change the feel of your video look for cameras that give you multiple frame rate options.
Ministry Solution:
Combine the benefits of MiniDV and Hard Disc recording by adding a Hard Disc Recorder to your MiniDV camcorder.
