1. How do I find a product?


To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

2. How do I Navigate the Site?


To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located across the top of our website.  Many categories have subcategories that will display when you click on a main category.

QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

3. How do I use a Coupon?


After adding items to your cart, click the "My Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see the text "Discount Codes".  Directly underneath, there is a text box for you to enter your coupon code.  After you have entered your coupon code, please click on the "Apply Coupon" yellow button directly below the text box.  This will apply any valid coupons to your order.

4. When will my Credit Card be charged?


Your credit card is processed immediately upon placement of your order. For this reason, orders cannot be changed or adjusted online.  If you have a question or need to change an order, please call 1-800-480-1011 and speak to a representative as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update your order before it ships.

5. Want to place an order, but uncertain about ordering online?


Though our site is verified safe and secure, we understand that ordering online is not for everyone. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-480-1011 to place your orders. Sales personnel are available from 8:30 - 7 pm Mon thru Friday. Saturday 10-2 p.m. ET. Or, you can always leave a message via voice mail during off hours.

Shipping


Shipping on Kingdom.com is computed based on the weight of the product being shipped, the shipping method you select, and the geographic location of your address.

1.When will my order ship?

Please note: Orders processed after 2 PM Eastern Time may be processed the next business day. Orders after 2 PM on Friday until Monday 8:30 AM Eastern Time will be processed on Monday. Please note this information when selecting expediting shipping methods.

2. Can I have my order shipped to an address other than the billing address?

Yes. But, because we want to protect our customers, and we are aware of the “Identity Theft” epidemic in this country, your order will have to be verified. When an order is shipping to a different address than the billing address, we require that all the credit card information be verified with the issuing bank. This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use. For your protection and to speed up the processing of your order, please contact your credit card company and notify them of any and all alternate or authorized addresses.

3. What is your International Order / Shipping policy?

As of 2/2/2012, we will no longer allow orders outside the United States to be processed through Kingdom.com. We still happily accept International orders via phone at 1-800-480-1011or Or you can email us at ktsales@kingdom.com

4. APO and FPO military shipping – do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO addresses. Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Please note that shipments to these addresses are subject to a longer ship time. USPS package weight limit restrictions may also apply.

5. How do I check my Order Status?

You will receive an email with the shipper generated tracking number and a link to their site when your order is shipped. You can use the link in the email to connect with the website, enter your tracking number and track the progress of your product on its way to you. Or, you can always e-mail us or call 1-800-480-1011 for the status of your order. Please have your order invoice, customer, tracking or order confirmation number ready so that we can assist you more quickly.

Please note that all tracking numbers appear to be Fedex. If it was shipped by via UPS, you will need to visit UPS.com. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please email or call us to confirm shipment of your order.

6. Shipping to a P.O. Box?

As of 2/27/13, you can no longer select USPS as a shipping option on Kingdom.com. Have a PO box or wish to have an order shipped by mail? Please call 1-800-480-1011 to place your order.

7. Other Shipping items and Policies:

If your order totals more than 150 pounds, or if your desired shipping method is not displaying, please call 1-800-480-1011 for available shipping options and charges.

Creating/ Using a Kingdom.com Account

1. How do I create a Kingdom.com Account?
1) Click the "My Account" link at the top center of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

2. How do I edit my Account Information?
Click the "My Account" link at the top center of our site. to edit your account information.  Once you log in, you can update your personal information, billing information and password.

3. I forgot my Password, what do I do?
Click the "My Account" link at the top center of our site.. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

Backorders

1. What is your backorder policy?

You will be notified on your invoice with BO under shipped on your invoice.  Or, a Customer Service member may contact you via phone or via e-mail if there is an unanticipated delay in shipping your order to you.

2. My order contains items that are in stock and items that are backordered. When will my order ship?

The in-stock items on your order will ship right away. We will then ship any backordered items as we receive them. Please note that this does not increase your shipping charge.

If you would prefer to have the entire order held until the backordered items are available, we can certainly accommodate your request. Simply let your representative know over the phone or by putting this information in your comments field or an email. We will be happy to accommodate your needs to make receiving your products most convenient for you.


Special Order Items

1. What is your Special Order Policy? What is your Policy with Custom Orders?

Products that are considered “Special Orders” or “Customized/ Personalized Items” are not returnable. However, if these items are defective upon delivery, they will be replaced – as long as we are notified within 30 days. Examples of such items considered Special Order/ Custom Orders (but not limited to this list) include:
Furniture (Chairs, Tables, Podiums)
Printers (that have had ink put in them)
Personalized Labels, Personalized Table Covers, On-Disc Printing
Personalized J-Cards, Personalized Album Inserts
Software
Any other items noted as “Special Order” on our site, or as communicated by our Sales Personnel

Sales Tax

1. What is your policy regarding sales tax?

If your order is being shipped to Pennsylvania, you will be charged Pennsylvania State Sales Tax. (You will also be charged this sales tax if your order is picked up at our facility.) We do accept Pennsylvania Tax Exempt Certificates for Phone or Fax Orders. Please contact customer service if you have a Pennsylvania Tax Exempt Certificate you would like us to keep on file in our Accounting office.

Payment and Billing

1. Do you have long term billing?

No we do not. We do, however, offer leasing for large purchases and “10 Days Upon Receipt” Billing. Both payment options require a credit application and approval. Also, both payment options cannot be used for online orders. If you are interested in applying for Leasing or Billing terms for Phone or FAX orders please e-mail us or call 1-800-480-1011

 2. I have a question on my charges, what do I do?

Click the "My Account" link at the top of center of our site banner to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

3. How do I print a copy of an invoice or order?

4. How long will it take for a credit to show up on my account for a returned item or cancelled order?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
