No directions and bent cardboard!

I received the cardboard display rack which has to be folded and assembled. The only problem is there were no directions! My e-mail wasn't answered and finally a phone call resulted in directions sent to me--for the wrong product! I am still trying to figure out how to put it together. To make it even worse, the cardboard arrived bent in the wrong places from improper packing.
Good value. 
No directions and bent cardboard!
