What this agreement covers:
1. Kingdom Inc. warrants your (product) against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers the (product) only and not its accessories or battery, including those contained within the original package.
2. During the warranty period, service including repair and replacement will be provided by Kingdom. All costs of repair including parts and labor will be fully covered at no cost to you. Kingdom may, at its sole option, replace the (product) during the warranty period at no charge as long as it has been returned it in accordance with the terms of this warranty to Kingdom, or other location specified by Kingdom. Any violation of the warranty terms by the customer may result in a replacement fee. Replacement product provided by Kingdom may be new or reconditioned (product) of equal or comparable value to the (product). Non-original parts may be used in reconditioned products. All products replaced shall become the property of Kingdom.
3. Customer is responsible for shipping and insuring the product to KingdomÆs designated repair department. Kingdom will be responsible for the return of the product that has been repaired or replaced back to the customer.
What this warranty does not cover:
1. Defects or damage resulting from use of the product in other than its normal or intended use.
2. Defects or damage from misuse, accident or neglect.
3. Defects or damage from improper operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment, or any alteration or modification of any kind.
4. Products disassembled in whole or in part, or attempted repairs by any party other than Kingdom.
5. Products with labels removed or illegible serial numbers.
6. Defects or damage due to spills or immersion in food, liquid or other foreign substances.
7. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
8. Shipping damage from poorly packaged product.
Your obligations under this warranty:
1. You must use the product in a normal way; if there is a covered defect you must protect against further damage to the product; you must follow the productÆs manual.
How you get warranty service:
1. To obtain warranty service or to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number call 1-800-296-2312. Before calling for service, please check the userÆs manual. A check of the product controls and features may save you a service call.
2. Products returned that are not clearly identified with an RMA number obtained from Kingdom may be refused and returned to the sender.
